Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure with SOC 2 compliance. 2. Data You Provide: Symptom logs, cycle tracking data, and any notes you enter are stored securely and associated with your account. You retain full ownership of your data. 3. Data Sharing: We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Aggregated, anonymized data may be used for research and product improvement. 4. Data Retention: Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently erased. 5. Your Rights: You have the right to access, export, correct, and delete your data at any time via the application settings. 6. Automated Decision-Making: You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you (GDPR Article 22). Where we use automated processing to generate health insights, those insights are informational only and do not constitute medical advice. You may request human intervention or contest any automated decision by contacting our support team.
Health Data Processing

Purpose: Store your entries securely, show them back to you in timelines, charts, and summaries, and let you export a report for your doctor. The app reflects what you logged — it does not diagnose or give medical advice. 3. Processing: Your data is processed on our servers solely to operate the application for you. It is never sold and never used for advertising. 4. Why Required: Without storing and processing the health data you log, the app cannot function. This consent covers core operation only — it does NOT cover sending your data to any third-party AI service (that is a separate, optional consent). 5. Revocation: You may withdraw this consent at any time by deleting your account, which permanently erases your data.
AI Insights (weekly reflections)

Data Sent: A capped window (up to 7 days) of the symptom and cycle data you logged is sent to a third-party AI service (Google Gemini) to generate your weekly reflection. 2. Purpose: Generate short weekly reflections that describe patterns in your own logged data. Reflections are informational only — they are a reflection of what you logged, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. 3. Processing: Requests go through our server-side proxy — your identity is not shared beyond what is needed, and your raw data is never used to train shared models. 4. No Medical Advice: Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health. 5. Revocation: You may withdraw this consent at any time. Withdrawal stops any further data being sent to the AI service and stops new reflections; previously generated reflections remain accessible unless you delete your account. The rest of the app keeps working without this consent.
Marketing Communications

Frequency: You will receive at most 2-4 emails per month. 3. Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by toggling this setting off in the application. Withdrawal is instant and does not affect your account. 4. No Third-Party Sharing: Your email address is never shared with third-party marketers.
Analytics & Product Improvement
